A judge sent to the Total de Feluy refinery: Will the yellow jackets he has identified pay?

The "Yellow Jungle" movement continued its action this Saturday against sites belonging to oil groups. In Feluy, in front of Total's refinery, a bailiff came to give notice to 25 protesters. The penalty is € 1,500 for a notification.

At the beginning of the afternoon, on this Saturday, there were still fifty men in a yellow vest that blocked the Total Refinery warehouse for Feluy. Some have spent the night there. However, there is no road or lane blockage. Only the refinery's warehouse and its fuel trucks are targeted by demonstrators' action. Also, trucks carrying fuels have passed, as was observed by our RTL INFO team.

A bailiff was named on the spot by Total. He issued 25 notifications to indicate that there was an obstruction in front of the site. These notifications are related to penalty penalties: 1,500 euros each. Will these sums be claimed by Total? The oil group will then decide whether to act on these files.

The group said there is currently no risk of missing. It requires drivers not to rush to service stations to avoid creating an imbalance.
