BRASILIA – The elected president, Jair Bolsonaro (PSL), said on Wednesday it would be the duty of the future economy minister, Paulo Guedes, to hammer on who will be responsible for Petrobras and the Central Bank.
He was asked by journalists about Ivan Monteiro's permanence in the presidency of the state.

– Not planned, no, you have to talk to "Posto Ipiranga". "Paulo Guedes," said Bolsonaro.
"Posto Ipiranga" was the nickname given to Bolsonaro by Guedes, which became a kind of economic oath for him in the pre-campaign.

He also appealed to Guedes when asked if he would hold Ilan Goldfajn as the head of the Central Bank.
"It can be. Paulo Guedes already has everything sketched, is under way," he said.
