Telenor launches the Buy Online service through which mobile phone operators can now buy devices and accessories and renew their contracts. The service is available on the company's official website www.telenor.bg.
The Buy Online service allows the operator's customers to renew their contract as well as to purchase a mobile device or rent it into contracts. Depending on customer preferences, delivery can be as good as the customer's address as well as the most convenient Telenor store.
Delivery is free of charge throughout the country. The terms of the selected subscription plan are active at the time of delivery. In cases where prepayment is not required, customers choose to deliver by courier, have the option of choosing and paying for the online order with a bank card or cash upon receipt of the delivery.
It is now possible to renew the Buy Online service for private customers of Telenor, which requires customers to register for the MyTelenor portal. To purchase devices and accessories without a subscription plan, registration is not required and is also possible for users who are not Telenor customers.
With the Buy Online service, customers also have access to exclusive offers for various mobile devices that Telenor can buy only through them, such as Samsung Galaxy Note 9 512GB, Huawei Mate 20, Xiaomi Pocophone F1 64GB, Motorola Moto G6 Plus and others. For the first customers of the service, Telenor also offered special gifts.
