Lake Elliot, Ont. – A Lake Elliot, Ont., Man is facing a murder on the death of a local woman.
Provincial police officers found 67-year-old Diane McLeod's body after responding to a disturbance on Thursday at a city residence.
Police say Wayne McLeod, 64, was arrested and then accused of first degree murder.
McLeod was detained in custody until the next court appearance in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., On November 29.
Police declare that a ban on publication was imposed by the court and no further details will be released.
