The actor talks about Ryan Reynolds's condemnation for Wolverine to make a Deadpool movie.
For six months we are talking about this crazy possibility to put together a crossover between Wolverine and Deadpool. The idea seems almost impossible, but Hugh Jackman has just talked about this.
In the most recent appearance in the program Sunday today, driver Willie Geist asked him about some of Ryan Reynolds's past statements. Where he talked about his interest in making this crossover rare.
Jackman, who is a friend of Reynolds, did not hesitate to talk about how he insisted on accepting the role of the hero again. But he made his position clear and spoke about the future of the character:
Ryan is tireless. Turn around with me always changing their ways, their ways, their figure. And just say, "You know, I really do not think the world wants to see Deadpool with Wolverine."
But oh, Wolverine will return (to the movies). Someone will buy the idea.
From this perspective, it seems to be a real interest in making that film with these two anti-heroes. But Hugh Jackman is not interested in participating.
