Motorola One sold in Mexico is already receiving the upgrade Android Pie (9) this week.
Motorola Mexico announced the start of the first upgrade phase starting with some Motorola One units. The analysis unit that CNET en Español has already received this update confirms the implementation of the software.
The availability of Android Pie in Motorola One reaffirms one of the most important features of Android One: quick downloading of updates. Mobile phones with Android One theoretically receive updates from Pixel phones.
If you have a Motorola One, with the Android Pie update you get a new way to not bother, a new one-button navigation, a new tray of recent apps, the setup menu now has a wide variety of colors, there are improvements in overall performance the device and new ways of managing notifications.
To find out if your Motorola One engine can switch to Android Pie, follow these steps: Configuration> System> System Update. There will appear the version you have installed (probably Android 8.1.0) and the phone will look for updates, and if the device can be updated, the software will start downloading. If your phone is purchased in Mexico and you still do not receive it, it will surely appear in the coming days.
