The ballet will offer a season next month
MEXICO CITY (El Universal). – The Christmas season is just around the corner and is accompanied by one of the world's biggest ballet ballet: "Nutcracker".
The surprises of his return this year, which is the 17th season of this famous show, are made by 150 artists and a super production of lighting and decoration, in addition to 200 costumes and live orchestra of the theater of Fine Arts.
The high quality of the ensemble has the seal of the National Dance Company, the Mexican Dance Academy and the National School of Classical and Contemporary Dance.
Director of the Nutcracker David Bear explained that this ballet allows for the successful closure of the year-round works with the Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty meetings.
The first dancer, Agustina Galizzi, stressed she wanted to increase her success last year and allow children to get closer to this discipline.
The first dancer Erick Rodríguez added that it is a privilege to once again present the work in the Auditorium, where, with the 12 scheduled functions, it will add more than 850,000 viewers since 2001.
The original version of this show premiered in 1892 at the Mariinsky Theater in Sankt Petersburg, Russia and Mexico City for the first time in 1980.
