Experts analyzed about 40 of the most popular diets and concluded that the famous Mediterranean diet is the best option.
This diet allows you to lose weight and also reduce the risk of heart disease. In addition, the diet was considered fairly simple and at the same time rich in the necessary ingredients for a healthy diet.
According to this way of feeding, you should eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, vegetables, nuts, seeds, raw bread and pasta. It is also recommended to eat less red meat and choose fish and seafood.

The diet that ranks second in the list was the so-called DASH diet (the dietary approach to stopping hypertension in Spanish), developed by the US National Institute of Health as a feeding plan to combat this disease. In addition, this diet is beneficial for the gastrointestinal tract.

Among the three best practices, scientists have also mentioned flexicurity – derived from the vegetarian diet, but accepting rare meat consumption.
