Central Bohemia – Patients were easily added, but they are not dramatic. This is suggested by Friday's calculations of Central Bohemian hygienists who monitor the incidence of acute respiratory infections, including flu. The number of doctors reported that last week – 45 years – the total disease in the region increased by 4.2% compared to the previous week and reached 986 diseases per hundred thousand inhabitants.

The largest was in Pribram, the smallest in Nymburk. Traditionally, most patients are among preschoolers – in the age group up to five years, Lilian Rumlová, director of the regional anti-epileptic hygiene department, reminded on Friday. However, the most significant increase was registered among young people.
The number of illnesses with a clinical picture of influenza did not change compared to the last two weeks: morbidity totals six cases per hundred thousand inhabitants, accounting for 0.6 percent of total morbidity.
However, despite typical symptoms, laboratory research has shown that real flu has not arrived yet. "Influenza virus was not captured in samples of biological material from sampling," Ruml confirmed.
