There are about 1,000 butchers in the Czech Republic with dozens of graduates in the field

There are thousands of butchers missing in the Czech Republic. Since they have been written in recent years, tithe was issued each year, but at least hundreds have to be met to meet the demand of firms. CTK said Jan Katin, executive director of the Czech Meat Processing Association. According to him, the meat industry in the Czech Republic now estimates about 2,000-5,000 workers, especially experts.
