A festival dedicated to tomorrow's media

"We are living an important moment in the history of the press that is in the midst of a digital revolution and we wanted to create a benchmarking meeting, share places to comment and analyze this turning point." Pierre Louette, CEO of Les Echos -Le Parisien, does not hide his enthusiasm just a few days after the launch of the Media Seine, a festival born of a collaboration with FranceInfo. This Thursday, November 22, meetings, debates, and workshops will allow professionals and the general public to interact with 150 speakers on a wide range of subjects. "Always remembering that the media has never had such a wide audience and we should not give up on the quality of information," insists Pierre Louette.

Three places. The headquarters of the Les Echos-le Parisien group, Radio France studios and France Télévisions headquarters will receive participants throughout the day. Three close places on both sides of the Seine, in the 15th and 16th arrondissements, which inspired the name of the festival.

Personalities from all walks of life. From the Franck Riester Minister of Culture to Anne-Sophie Lapix, through the heads of the audiovisual groups Nicolas de Tavernost (M6), Gilles Pélisson (TF1), Maxime Saada (Canal +), Delphine Ernotte (France Télévisions) Alain Weill (Altice -BFMTV, RMC), but also radio personalities (Nicolas Demorand, Charline Vanhoenacker, Marc Fauvelle …), written press and even fiction (the "Legend Office" "Ten Percent" …): the long list of promising speakers rich debates.

More than 50 topics of reflection. At the bottom, Pierre Louette assures him, "There is something for all tastes": "Football rights: the new business," "Learning is a battle sport at the moment of false news," "We should be a dedicated agenda that to engage? "What does the TV look like in the future? "… So many titles will appeal to professionals in the field but not only." I hope, for example, that students will come, but also any curious citizen, "says the press group CEO.
