During this year, issuers with the ELTY stock code have really focused on developing a number of projects in Sidoarjo. There are 4 projects in Sidoarjo that are underway.

First, Tamansari Prospero Apartment, in collaboration with WIKA Gedung. The project will include 3 towers, totaling approximately 1,600 units, in a 1.2ha case. The first tower was completed 100%, the second tower is only 17%.

Secondly, Aston Kahuripan City Hotel, a 3-star hotel with 126 rooms. Closing down this hotel was built in October 2018, then with physical progress of 33%. Ease estimation of opening in Q3 / 2019.

The project, also known as Rasuna Park, has a total development area of ​​9.5 hectares and will be developed with the TOD concept. For the first phase, mid-suites will be built in which 3,000 units, universities, sports areas, 3 star hotels and green public areas will be built.

The next stage will be built by lifestyle shopping centers, sports halls, 3-star hotels, middle-sized offices, premium offices, 4-star hotels, premium suites, convention and exhibition centers, executive and wellness clubs and development continuation of green areas.

In addition to the project, ELTY is also preparing for the second phase of the Jakarta Sentra Timur project, which will include 5 new towers with a total of 2,000 apartment units. This project will be developed over the next 5 years. The first tower of 607 units began in 2018.

In addition, most of the other new projects will be concentrated in Bogor. There will be 6 strategic projects in Bogor, namely 1 project Township, 3 housing projects and 2 recreational park projects. Project of ELTY, Nirwana Hills, Bogor. This project covers an area of ​​364 ha and represents a continuation of the Bogor Nirwana Residence project. The first phase of development is 85 ha.

ELTY will build more than 1,000 residential units there, with an initial focus on medium and upper middle segments.

In addition, the company will build a shopping area in the form of a food market, modern market, shopping area, hypermarket and mall. In addition, ELTY will also build a bird park park, a club house and an open green area. In addition, 3 housing projects, namely Jungleland Village Sent, Fusion 2 Bogor and Bumi Tirta Pakuan Bogor.

The Jungleland Village has an area of ​​9 hectares, with a total of about 500 residential units, while Fusion 2 has an area of ​​12 hectares with about 300 residential units. Meanwhile, Bumi Tirta Pakuan will reach 7.5 ha of a total of 15 ha.

In addition, 2 recreational park projects to be developed are J Bound Bogor and the re-development of Bogor Junglefest. J Bound Bogor Project is an outdoor recreation park equipped with various game facilities. The project has an area of ​​2.6 hectares and will be open in December 2018.
