The new Deputy Head of PFR will be responsible for implementing the government pension plan for employee capital plans. PPP, according to the government's hypothesis, must include up to 11.5 million employees, for whom the legislator must create a new system for recording payments, settlements and subsidies, as well as building a PPK information portal.
The new Vice-President of the Board will oversee the department responsible for these elements of the program. I am convinced that Mr. Marczuk's experience in knowing the pension system and implementing large-scale social programs will lead to the effective launch of the Employee Capital Scheme. This is one of the most important projects of the entire PFR team for the coming years

500 plus
Bartosz Marczuk was Deputy Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy last week. Moved to the department in 2015, earlier in 2011-2012 was, among others, deputy editor-in-chief of "Rzeczpospolita". At the Ministry of Family, he was responsible for developing and implementing the Large Family Card or 500 + and 300+ programs. He resigned on November 7, 2018. His duties were taken over by Deputy Minister Stanisław Szwed.
Employee scheduling plans
Employee Capital Plans must be a PiS recipe for larger pensions for Poles in the future. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki believes it is "the largest 500 plus governmental program". Starting July 2019, the first Poles will begin to be set up within the CIP. From the beginning of 2021, PPKs will already have 11.5 million people.
