Representatives' achievements were praised by Mateusz Morawiecki, promising a PLN 2 million prize for drivers and coaching staff. In mid-October, the prime minister ordered the transfer of additional PLN 15 million to develop discipline. The money was allocated to the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The situation is different for the bonus promised to the players.

The amount of premiums paid to athletes is governed by the regulations of 14 November 2017. It is shown that each representative for winning the World Championship can receive 27.6 thousand. PLN per capita. In turn, the head of government promised, on average, nearly PLN 100,000 per representative. This means that Witold Bańka should violate his own decree in order to fulfill his prime minister's promise. And that's what he wants to avoid. – The ministry was caught. After the regulation changes, there will also be rewards for the world championship in other disciplines. The minister may be afraid of this – said the informant of the portal gazeta.pl.
What are the competitors? Michał Kubiak is convinced that "Since the reward has been promised for success in world championships, sooner or later, the government will keep the word". – To my knowledge, the problem is how to formally resolve these rewards. For now, everything is in the forest, and those responsible for solving the problem are a little reluctant. However, I do not think anyone would violate public promises – added the team captain.
