PARIS: Dr. Sarah Jarvis, a clinical expert, recommended that a health check at home be done for health care.
These tips were:
Check the urine and the seat
If the color of the urine is very dark, it is evidence of suffering from dehydration, and the presence of blood in the urine is an early sign of bladder cancer, according to Jarvis.
She pointed out that the healthy seat is brownish and can become green if you eat large quantities of vegetables and can become red after eating beets.
"If the color of the seat is dark red or black, it could be a sign of internal bleeding, which requires a visit to your doctor as soon as possible."
Touch your toes
If you can not do that, it can be a sign of heart disease, Sarah said.
Jump in position
This procedure helps you know how much fat vibrates in the body, indicating weight gain, type 2 diabetes, stroke, heart disease and 11 different types of cancer.
Get up and sit down, then pick up again
"Try to stand and sit down several times in 30 seconds to measure the strength of your feet and your strength. If you are in the sixties, you should be able to do it at least 12 times," says Sarah .
Inability to sit and sit repeatedly can indicate a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease that causes breathing difficulties.
Comparison between ankles
Sarah recommends a comparison of the ankle color to avoid chronic leg ulcers.
Looking at a solid and straight surface
This test can tell you there are eye problems. Vision of curvature indicates age-related macular degeneration.
Parents can use this screening to test whether their children have meningitis.
If the child suffers from fever and pain, ask them to try kissing their knees, noting that if the child succeeds in doing so, she is unlikely to have meningitis.
Check the palpitations of the heart
Do not ignore the heart palpitations, may be a sign of atrial fibrillation, making you more likely to have a stroke.
Place your fingers
Damage to blood vessels leads to increased blood sugar and can affect the kidneys or eyes or can damage your nerves.
So ask someone to gait or touch your toes, and if you do not feel that, you suffer from nerve damage.
