Researchers at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Harvard University have concluded that nearly 10% of the men who participated in the research have a disorder about their appearance because they think they are fat and want to fit.

Because of this disorder, they tend to get drunk at weekends, keep a strict baby and take steroids. The team said it was for the first time to investigate the connection between them and their muscles, as well as an increase in the number of men struggling with the perception of the occurrence or a well-known distortion of the distorted mirror.

The study looked at men aged 18-32. Researchers examined male habits and their appearance based on the Muscle Scale. Based on 15 questions, it measures how much a person's desire is muscular. On a scale of 1 (always) to 6 (never), respondents rated statements like "I'd like to have more muscle" or "I feel guilty if I miss a workout."

Almost 10% of men have distorted mirror distortions, which means they see themselves as thick as they are. Those who were obsessed with the gym were 4 times more likely to use forbidden and steroid supplements to build muscle. More than one in three men were in a strict diet.

While most women have a baby because they think they are obese, men choose a special diet because they think they are weak. They do not want to be as weak as they want to be muscular. Most of the star Cristiano Ronaldo is a model model for them to show.

The problem is when this becomes an obsession for men who have a job, study and have families. Practitioners do not work to be healthier, but to be more muscular. While women should have tight news, men should have wide shoulders.

He advises parents to take care of the nutrition of their children from the youngest days, because acquiring healthy habits will later be less difficult in terms of weight and overall appearance.
