Battery life on Wear OS devices has been a sad child for both Google and hardware makers. The Qualcomm new Snapdragon 3100 technology has many problems, but most of the devices on the market still have the Snapdragon 2100 chip underneath. Every little detail that can save the battery is thus welcome, and this is exactly what is promised in the upcoming updated Wear OS update called Sytem Version H.
Automatically saves the battery
To begin with, a battery saving feature has been updated, which means the device automatically turns on battery saving mode as soon as the battery drops below the 10% charge level. In addition, the clock was automatically switched to sleep mode if it was idle for 30 minutes. Additionally, the update will include other smart enhancements, including making it easier to turn off and restart the Wear OS. Exactly what devices will receive the update have not yet been prepared.
