It is said that Tidjane Thiam, then head of Credit Suisse, and Iqbal Khan, head of international asset management at CS, under the aegis of Thiam, had a sore leg. Reason: construction noise and too tall trees, because Khan built his villa right next to Thiam’s. The gossip led to the surveillance problem and eventually cost Thiam his job. Now the former head of the CS is selling his property in the town on the gold coast of Herrliberg, as reported in CH Media newspapers.
