7.5 rooms with pool, wellness and spiral library – the villa of the former CS banker offers all kinds of facilities.
Two of the strongest men in the Swiss financial center are fighting and all of Switzerland is watching. It is said that Tidjane Thiam, then head of Credit Suisse, and Iqbal Khan, head of international asset management at CS, under the aegis of Thiam, had a sore leg. Reason: construction noise and too tall trees, because Khan built his villa right next to Thiam’s. The gossip led to the surveillance problem and eventually cost Thiam his job. Now the former head of the CS is selling his property in the town on the gold coast of Herrliberg, as reported in CH Media newspapers.
Spirally arranged library
The villa has 7.5 rooms on a living space of 483 sqm. The entire area of †‹вЂ‹ the property amounts to 2013 square meters, as can be seen from the advertisement. The floor plan is “unconventional and ingenious”. In addition to a “lake-view master suite and a lovely en suite bathroom with large dressing room”, the property offers three bedrooms, a spiral library (overlooking a biotope), a wellness area with a fitness room, sauna and steam bath and a garden with swimming pool.
According to the ad, everyone who lives here appreciates the finer things in life – and has the space to fully enjoy them. How much the future owner has to spend on this is not specified. According to Inside Paradeplatz the sale price is between 12 and 16 million francs.
