Monday CONSPIRACY shock: Russia to "VERIFY" if NASA really went to the moon | Science News

Nearly 50 years ago, the United States got one of the greatest facts in human history when NASA sent people to the Moon in 1969. However, conspiracy theorists have so far claimed that the Americans falsified the landing of the entire month, and supports USSR dominance at the height of the cold war. Also, Russia is not fully convinced by the claims of the United States and when it sends people and robots to the moon.

The country's space agency, Roscosmos, said earlier that it will begin building a monthly base in 2025, while people will be stationed there in 2030 or 2031.

While there, Roscosmos's boss, Dmitry Rogozin, said he would check America's claims.

After being asked to land in NASA, Mr Rogozin said: "We set this up to fly and check if they were there or not."

While Mr Rogozin's answer could have been language, it is not the first time Russia had concerns over NASA's claims.

In a 2015 article published in the Russian newspaper Izvestia, a spokesman for the Russian Investigation Commission, Vladimir Markin, called for an international probe on the disappearance of filmed recordings of the moon landing.

He said: "We do not behave that they have not flown to the moon and simply made a movie about it.

But all these scientific artifacts – or perhaps cultural – are part of the inheritance of mankind, and their disappearance without trace is our usual loss.

"An investigation will reveal what happened."

However, NASA recently announced that it will return to the moon and that there will be no doubt about the authenticity given.

The space agency has made the spectacular announcement in a tantalizing film and it seems to be a solution to the Space Policy Directive-1, which Donald Trump last year signed orders for NASA to step up its efforts to explore physical space.

One of the main goals of the document is to bring people back to the moon, and another is to lead the accusation of building a Moon station so people can use it as a water stop on Mars.

The plan is also to send more robotic missions in the Moon study of how humans can reach Mars and other worlds.
