Now that we are inevitably approaching the end of the regular season in the NFL, I want to share the following reflections on the best teams in their conferences.
In recent years, the team that dominated the American conference was the New England patriots.
The above are not news. I do not find the black thread, and the constant visits from Pats to the Super Bowl confirm what we already know. In the last four Super Bowls, New England was in three, winning two of them.
Three years ago, Denver Broncos – with Peyton Manning as a defender – were crowned champions.
In fact, in the last 10 Super Bowls, the National Conference won five and the American Conference as many as possible.
Of course, the American had a good run of three wins on super Sunday from 2014 to 2017.
Pittsburgh and Baltimore were the other two teams who won the Vince Lombardi trophy in the last decade.
Nationally, Seatah Seahawks, Philadelphia Eagles, Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and New York Giants won.
Serving the above just to confirm the parity of this league, but since we're in it, let's examine this season which teams are the strongest in each conference or better still, which is the best.
National Conference
By the 12th week there are only two teams in the league that are 10-1 and both belong to the National Conference. In fact, in any Power Ranking, it must be the first and the second; Saints and Saints Los Angeles Rams.
The two teams clashed between them a few weeks ago, and New Orleans pulled away the unbeaten remains.
With a game to be played on the eleventh day, the division is no longer closed except for NFC East, where Cowboys still dreams to be crowned in this sector.
The debutant defender established a personal record with four touchdown passes to guide his team into a comfortable and surprising win over Bengals.

As if this was not enough, one of these two teams defeated the team with the best record at the American Conference. Ramses beat Kansas City Chiefs in the last game of the 11th week.
As the third in the controversy in this conference are Chicago Bears, which for many could reach the Super Bowl, which seems hard to believe.
Bears, by the way, have won the last three matches in only eleven days and seem to be afraid.
Dallas Cowboys, division leaders with a record of only 6-5, do not seem to be in a position to fight for anything if they go to the playoffs.
American Conference
In the US, the bosses added the second trip to the previous day's season. Despite this, they are the best team in the Conference.
Today Steelers have called for gas, although they do not seem to leave first in the North Division.
The patriots are now the second best team in this conference, although they lost at the Titans 10th week.
Houston Texans looks like a strong team and had an impressive victory of seven wins.
Chargers in Los Angeles look good, although in their division they have nothing to do with the Chiefs who will win it. Loaders, if qualified, will make it wild cards.

Concluding at the American Conference, there seem to be more competitors, but there is no "safe" finalist.
Meanwhile, in the National, the superiority of the Saints and Ramses seems overwhelming.
If I had to choose the strongest conference, I have no doubt, it is National. In fact, I think this will be the Super Bowl LIII Champion.
Who do you think the next champion?
